1 Loss per share
The calculation of basic loss per share is based on the loss
attributable to the shareholders for the six months and three months
ended 30th September 2002 of respectively HK$2,693,000 and HK$773,000
(six months and three months ended 30th September 2001: HK$3,623,000
and HK$3,818,000 respectively) and on the weighted average of
250,060,000 shares (2001: 250,060,000 shares) in issue.
No diluted loss per share is presented as the outstanding share
options were anti-dilutive.
