Remarks:
1 Basis of preparation
The unaudited consolidated results have been prepared in accordance
with accounting principles generally accepted in Hong Kong and
accounting standards issued by the Hong Kong Society of Accountants.
2 Loss per share
The calculation of the basic loss per share is based on the Group's
loss attributable to shareholders for the nine months ended 31
December 2003 of HK$1,323,000 (loss attributable to shareholders for
the nine months ended 31 December 2002: HK$3,082,000) and on the
weighted average number of 250,060,000 (2002: 250,060,000) ordinary
shares in issue during the periods.
No diluted loss per share is presented as the outstanding share
options of the Company had anti-dilutive effects on the respective
basic loss per share.
