Remarks:
1. Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the new and revised
Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standard and Hong Kong Accouting
Standards issued by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public
Accoutants and the disclosure requirements of the Companies of Hong
Kong and the GEM Listing Rules.
2. Loss per share
The calculation of the basic loss per share is based on the Group's
loss attributable to shareholders for the period of HK$135,000 (2004:
HK$130,000) and on the weighted average number of 250,364,000 (2004:
250,060,000) ordinary shares in issue during the periods.
No diluted profit per share is presented as the outstanding share
options were anti-dilutive
