Remarks:
Basis of preparation
The unaudited interim consolidated financial statements have been
prepared in accordance with Hong Kong Accounting Standards
("HKAS") 34 "Interim Financial Reporting" issued by the Hong Kong
Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("HKICPA") and the
disclosure requirements of the Rules Governing the Listing of
Securities on the Growth Enterprises Market of The Stock Exchange of
Hong Kong Limited.
In 2004, the HKICPA issued a number of new or revised Hong Kong
Accounting Standards and Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards
("the new HKFRSs") which are effective for accounting periods
beginning on or after 1st January 2005. the adoption of the new HKFRSs
had no material impact on the Group's results of operation and
financial position.
The unaudited condensed consolidated interim accounts have been
reviewed by the audit committee. The composition of the audit
committee is discussed in subsequent section.
