UPBEST GROUP<00335> -Amendment to Results Announcement (advised by UPBEST GROUP)

The Stock Exchange has received a message from Upbest Group Limited (the 
"Company") which is reproduced as follows:-

"With reference to the result announcement submitted on 18 July 2005, in 
remark 2 "Dividends" has a typing mistake.  The date that final 
dividend will be distributed to shareholders whose names appear on the 
Register of Members of the Company as at the close of business on 15 
August 2005 instead of 12 August 2005 as originally stated."
