The Stock Exchange has received a message from Greater China Holdings
Limited which is reproduced as follows:-

"Further to the results announcement summary form released on the Exchange 
web site, the Company would like to inform that:-

Due to the typo errors, the revised Explanatory note for the word "tax" in 
the last sentences "Increase (decrease) in deferred tax taxes relating to 
..." has been deleted while the figure for 2005 has been changed from 
"6,067" to "6,040"."
