At the request of Greater China Holdings Limited (the "Company"),
trading in its shares will be suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today
(23/1/2007) pending the announcement regarding the entering into a 
supplemental agreement in relation to a very substantial disposal 
transaction of the Company.
