WARDERLY<00607> - Suspension of Trading

Pursuant to sub-Rule 8(1) of Securities and Futures (Stock Market Listing) 
Rules, the Securities and Futures Commission, has directed the SEHK to 
suspend all dealings in the shares of Warderly International Holdings 
Limited (stock code: 607) from 9:30 a.m. on 14 May 2007.
