Market participants are requested to note that the name of China 
Silver Dragon Group Limited has been changed to "China Water 
Affairs Group Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name of its 
ordinary shares (stock code: 855) will also be changed to 
"CHINA WATER" with effect from Friday, 31/12/2004.
