EXCHANGE NOTICE - SUSPENSION OF TRADING


Trading in the H shares (stock code: 02318) of Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, 
Ltd. (the 'Company') will be suspended at 9:30 a.m. today (8/6/2009). Accordingly, all 
structured products relating to the Company will also be suspended from trading at the 
same time.
