140,711,000 fully paid ordinary shares of Fairyoung Holdings Limited
("Fairyoung") were charged by Angklong Limited ("Angklong") to
Maxwick Investment Limited ("Maxwick"), a company which is 99.99%
beneficially owned by Ms. Angela Leong On Kei, as security for a loan
of HK$60,000,000.00 advanced by Maxwick to Anglong. As a result of a
series of transactions undertaken by Fairyoung, the shares charged
under the Charge now comprise 422,133,000 shares. Therefore, Maxwick,

The discrepancy as shown in the previous balance and present balance
in this Notice does not mean an acquisition or disposal in the shares
of Fairyoung but just shows the updated and correct number of shares
       held by Angklong in Fairyoung.
