The Exchange has received a notification from China Logistics Group Limited
("China Logistics") pursuant to Section 20 of the Securities (Disclosure
of Interests) Ordinance ("SDIO") reporting the findings of an investigation
conducted by China Logistics pursuant to Section 18 of the SDIO.  The party
reporting share interests in China Logistics is listed below with its
corresponding interests:-

                     of the Bank; and

                     the Bank has a further security interest
                     obtained in the ordinary course of its
                     business in 100,000,000 Shares pursuant
                     to an all securities charge executed by
                     Trade Sense International Limited dated
                     19th October, 2000.

                     All of the above Shares are registered in
                     the name of ABN AMRO (Hong Kong) Nominees
                     Limited (as the Bank's nominee).)
