NOTIFICATIONS DAILY SUMMARIES
EXPLANATORY NOTES
References to the Ordinance are references to the repealed
Securities (Disclosure of Interests) Ordinance (Cap 396).
References to the Listing
Provisions are references to Appendix 10, paragraph B11 of
the Exchange's Listing Rules.
The
Daily Summaries consist of three Reports which set out
notifications reported to the SEHK by Substantial
Shareholders, Directors and Chief Executives of listed
companies in accordance with the Ordinance. Relevant share
capital means the issued share capital of the company. The
Directors/Chief Executives' Reports also include notification
information filed by Directors of listed companies in
accordance with the Listing Provisions.
Whilst the Exchange has endeavoured
to ensure that the information supplied to it is accurately
reproduced in the Summaries, the Exchange does not guarantee
its accuracy and accept no liability (whether in tort or contract
or otherwise) for any direct or consequential loss or damage
arising from any inaccuracies or omissions.

SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDERS'
NOTIFICATIONS REPORT
Name of Substantial Shareholder
A
person/corporation having a notifiable interest that equals or
exceeds the percentage level set down in S.6 (1) (ten percent)
in the relevant share capital of a listed company.
