EXCHANGE NOTICE - SUSPENSION OF TRADING


Trading in the shares of GOME Electrical Appliances Holding Limited (stock code: 00493) 
(the 'Company') will be suspended at 9:30 a.m. today (24/11/2008). Accordingly, all 
structured products relating to the Company will also be suspended from trading with 
effect from the same time.
